[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength is great for headaches and joint pain. Works relatively fast. Has a typical press down screw cap. Dose for an adult is 2 caplets every six hours. Will continue to buy for headaches and general aches and pains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Effectiveness is quite mighty though I don't use very much because even with the medicine I take to manage it Excedrin has an unintended side effect of bolstering my high blood pressure due to the caffeine content . Package design is cool yet simple . For the amount of pills value for the cost is impressive. medicine itself has a light almost floral spring meadow scent to it.

Need something that will knock a headache out with no issue? This is the guy! I put down my other brands of pain reliever for this one! I take this after I eat, with a full bottle of water, and my headache is gone within minutes! I love this pain reliever, even though I hate taking medications! It definitely lives up to the name of extra strength!

This product is very unique because it treats pain three ways. By blocking pain signals, elevating pain thresholds and enhancing the pain relief effect. This will be my go to when I’m dealing with headaches and other pain. 

If I have a terrible headache Execdrin with extra strength is the only product that I will reach for. I don't know how I lived my life without it! I get headaches pretty often so this product is always stocked on our shelves. It is obviously more expensive that generic medicine, but I assure you it is worth the price!

I never tried headache medicine before so I was hesitant to try this, but it was very effective! Within an hour my headache was gone and when it did come back the next day it was much better than the day before.

I would prefer a smaller dose of aspirin but the acetaminophen combined with caffeine really helps to make me a functioning human.

I get alot of them and I find it's the best product to help. A little higher price than regular Tylenol but I feel it's worth it. Easy to follow directions & packaging. I highly recommend Excedrine for anyone who gets alot of headaches

I get bad headaches all the time, and this product really works faster than most. I had relief within about 30 minutes. It has acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine that gives you that extra strength for those bad headaches.

However I thought about it and decided to take a jump and try it on a weekend. It actually worked very well. Actually better than ibuprofen. So yes I’ll continue to use this instead. Also did not stop me from sleeping.
