This medication rules! I often get headaches when I'm not drinking enough water, had food lately, or when I'm overheated. It definitely knocks out my aches and there's the amount of caffeine in there that helps boost my energy!

My life changed when I started taking this for my headaches. I get headaches at least a couple times a week and this is the only medication that has ever taken my headaches away! I would definitely recommend!!

If I get a headache, this is my absolute go to medication. I don't mess around with anything else because nothing else seems to help. This seems to help tremendously and quickly!

i used this a couple of times and both times they just seemed to not be effective for me. they also gave me an upset tummy. i dont recommend. it was a waste to me 

I take this on days when I have really bad headaches. Work really well. Only take them in the morning/mid day because they have caffeine. Very effective against bad headaches

This is ok but you can't take it often it made me shake a lot so I stop taking .”I think put less caffeine in then it maybe get better. I will not buy this again.

yall .. my holy grail!!! I love this stuff it seems to be the only thing to work sometimes. I wish it was a little cheaper but i will spend that moolah for this baby

Only thing that truly helps my headaches. The little bit of caffeine helps so much. I'm not up all night even if I take it in the afternoon. I love this stuff so much I will continue to purchase forever.

Love love love this medicine it helps me with my bad headaches I get .it's actually the only thing that I can take that takes it away within minutes after taking it a great value for your money no flavor or scent to it

I really love this version of Excedrin for hangover headaches or really any type of headache I might get. It works fast and effective and I only have to take the suggested dose once for my pain to go away.
