I love excedrine, it is the only headache medicine that takes my headaches away within a half hour. My only complaint it that I do get shaky and that could be due to the high caffine in excedrine. I suggest not taking on an empty stomach.

I get bad headaches and the only thing that ever helps is excedrine. No other pain reliever helps. The tiny bit of caffeine really makes the difference. It also helps stuff joints and I need that often

I get headaches often. These come in handy to help in a pinch. Not something that I personally like to take frequently but I will if I need quick relief

I do use this all of the time. With that said, I am finding that the older that I get, the more sensitive my stomach is getting to it and other OTC's. But, Excedrin is my first reach.

It's quite rare that I need to take this. Yes, it works- eventually. I usually have to take this and then take a nap because it takes a few hours to kick in. A bit more expensive than Advil, and I'm not entirely sure it works any better.
