Excedrine Extra Strength is one of the only OTC products I have tried that actually worked! Headaches disappear, it also has provided relief for other body aches and pains. I use this as my go-to pain medicine!

Whether it’s a muscle pain or headache, whatever it may be i can always count on exceeding extra strength to get the job done. For my other brand don’t do the job and if they do it takes forever to take away the pain.

I don't suffer from migraines, I actually take Excedrin for period cramps. Excedrin has the same exact make up as Midol, but costs way less, you get way more, and it works better. I couldn't ask for more.
