I had to give this product five stars. Whenever I have a headache this is always my go to and it always works. It meets my expectations every time it is a little pricey for a headache medicine but it’s always my first pick so I always buy it.

This is literally this only thing that helps my head aches which I have frequently. I have tried so many things and this is the only thing that helps besides migraine medicine.

Good god this helps so much, whether it be sports headaches or work headaches. I take two every time and the pain goes right away. It's expensive because of how often I use it, but not overall pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very effective for my headaches, I get occasionally. The ingredients are 250 mgs Acetaminophen, 250 mgs Aspirin and 65 mgs of caffeine helps. Definitely good for a headache.
