Only thing I use for my cramps monthly. It can get pretty bad and I don't trust any other brand to relieve the pain. This knocks it outside in no time and I can do everything I need to do without slowing down

If Excedrin hired spokespeople, I would be their top candidate. I use this for EVERYTHING and it always fixes me problems, everything from cramps to headaches to sore muscles. LOVE IT!

I get killer headaches early everyday due to neck and back pain, along with being hypoglycemic. This seems to be the only nonprescription pain reliever that does the job and helps relieve some of the pounding in my head

It doesn’t really provide me full relief by any means, but it does at least take the edge off. No side effects which is great. Sometimes I’ll get restless leg syndrome from caffeine in medicine etc, and no such thing here.
