[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this when necessary for headaches and other body aches. It seems to work pretty well. It does take a little while to actually kick in but when it does it works quick.

Works well to relive the pain. Since this has caffeine in it you have to be aware of what time you are taking this. I have found it can keep me up at night and I am not usually sensitive to caffeine. I would buy it again.

The most effective thing I've ever taken for my headaches. Its fast acting relief when you need it the most. It helps my headaches most of the time in 30 minutes after taking this.

I have been using this lately to help with my toothaches. It helps a decent amount!! I believe I prefer Advil over the excedrin but it still does a decent job helping with pain!! I'm satisfied overall and would purchase again!!
