I love Excedrin extra strength! It works really well when you have a headache or any aches and pains. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and anyone who need some relief quickly.

This isn't my first go to pain reliever. I prefer Advil because it less invasive in my stomach, this one always leaves and stomach burn after I take it. But it works really fast and it isn't too expensive for an OTC pain reliever:
