Never lets me down. Gets rid of pain fast. I always have this handy for work pain and headaches. Doesn’t make my stomach hurt like the other pain killers do.

If it weren't for the recent discovery of rebound headaches, I would give this a five. I took it almost daily when I got headaches but my body started to withdraw from the caffeine so I had to switch to aleve

I love Excedrin. It is the only over-the-counter medicine that fully gets rid of my neck pains when they come along. The only negative, I just wish I could use these while pregnant!
