Great headache medicine when I need a quick relief from my headache from lack of sleep or stress at work. It works wonferfully fast and I don't get tired or sleep from taking it thanks to caffeine.

Excedrin is my main go to pain reliever and I always keep it on hand. I prefer the gel caps because they are easiest for me to swallow. I have been using it most recently for tooth pain and it works wonders. I highly recommend it.
