Works well! Fast release and gets rid of any kind of headache. Sometimes the caffeine in it is a down side when you want to take it at night but overall a good product! In my opinion I find it more effective than others. Would buy again!

I love Excedrin. It is the only over-the-counter medicine that fully gets rid of my neck pains when they come along. The only negative, I just wish I could use these while pregnant!

I get frequent headaches and this seems to be the only thing that will relieve the ache. I keep them in my car, purse, and medicine cabinet so that I am prepared wherever a headache might come on. I recommend these to anyone who gets headaches.

Literally the only thing that works for my (caffeine) headaches. When I don’t have coffee in the morning, I get a wicked headache and this is my go-to. Seems to always work in less than 5 minutes. I will continue to but this product again and again.

For me, Excedrine is the best pain reliever for menstrual cramps. It works fast and relieves for hours. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it.
