Ten times better than Tylenol! Literally the best pain reliever I’ve ever taken. I can feel the difference after taking this in less than 20 minutes. Always takes every one of my headaches away :) I will continue to buy!!

Love this stuff, although I found out the hard way it had caffeine in it, not a bad thing just never read the ingredients. My co-workers made fun of me. But this stuff is the holy grail truth.

These r expensive but they r sooo worth it! These r the only thing I will take wen I have a headache! The difference between these & other medicines r that these have caffeine in them which I think makes a world of difference!
