[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this medicine it works great and takes care of most of my strong headaches within an hour. It is easy to spot on the shelf and is a medium-sized pill, so it is not horrible to swallow.

I used to take these over any other pain reliever. I don’t like how they have caffeine in them. That is one of the reasons I stopped taking them and switch to a different brand. Price is kind of high as well but in a pinch they work.

I have fibromyalgia and a tumor on my spine. Excedrin Extra Strength is the only pain med.(besides opioids) that help with my pain. Migraine relief tablets or other relievers just don't help. Please put this back on market ASAP.

I love Excedrin. It is the only over-the-counter medicine that fully gets rid of my neck pains when they come along. The only negative, I just wish I could use these while pregnant!
