Good headache remedy if you're wanting to take something over the counter. Works fast and efficiently. The only downside is it having caffeine in it so using it for headaches during the night isn't such a great idea.

This is one of few products I trust for headaches. And not only that; caffeine in it has a real biological effect (not as other products saying they also have it). I will keep using it when needed.
