A little pricey but definitely worth it. If I have a really bad headache, this is my go-to pain reliever. It works almost instantly and it’s not too rough on my stomach like some pain relievers are.

This stuff works great especially because I get headaches all the time and for absolutely anything at all. It's my favorite pain reliever with Tylenol and it's not all that expensive. You can get it most places.

Never ever bought excederin. Then I had a headache that wouldnt go away for days. Friend gave me excederin and it worked!!! Headache gone and felt great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it worked well the caffeine in the med made me incredibly shaky and unwell feeling. Aside from that it worked very quickly and did relieve my chronic headache for at least 6 hours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s something magical about Excedrin’s blend of painkillers and caffeine. Vasodilation perhaps? It really helps target my headaches in ways that Tylenol and advil cannot.
