I get stress headaches and lack of sleep headaches. Excedrin is my go to. It gets rid of headaches and has caffeine which gives me that extra boost of energy

These are my go to headache medicine. I get a lot of tension headaches and this gets the headache under control and then takes the headache away within an hour usually and it's like you never even had a headache in the beginning

By far the best over the counter pain reliever I have ever used, from headaches to body aches. The caffeine aspect was not noticeably an issue with me even though I am caffeine sensitive.
