These pills are amazing, them having caffeine is what really helps me, I try to drink coffee more than taking the pills because I don’t like to take a lot of pills but when I do it always alleviates my headaches

I actually take this for period cramps and it works great! I don't tend to get headaches, so I can't speak for it's effectiveness with that. I prefer Excedrin over Midol or Pamprin for cramps! Will continue to buy!
