I actually take this for period cramps and it works great! I don't tend to get headaches, so I can't speak for it's effectiveness with that. I prefer Excedrin over Midol or Pamprin for cramps! Will continue to buy!

This is a staple at my house. It helps me when I get s terrible headache. I feel that this brand is wonderful and does exactly what it says. It is a little more pricey the know the generic brand but I love it.
