[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a standard small 100 capsule bottle of Excedrin extra strength headache relief. It contains acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine. The pills are overall fairly small and something most people would have no issues taking. Otherwise it is a fast acting headache relief medication. It works well when taken in the middle of a major headache, as well as being helpful if taken at the early signs of mitigating or prevent the symptoms all together. It is a small enough bottle where it doesn't hurt to keep a bottle in your bag or car and on hand at home. The only thing to pay attention to is that it does have caffeine so keep that in mind if you are extremely sensitive to even small amounts.

I will say that if you are sensitive to caffeine that these are not for you. I did not know these had caffeine in them until I took them on to of a coffee! Not a good day! You do get a lot in a bottle.

I’m someone who suffers from headaches that are way worse than migraines and sometimes I do not have a choice but to take medication or I can’t even perform a simple activity as just walking. It comes in a huge plastic bottle and i keep mine inside the box to hide it away from the light, which apparently makes then less susceptible to expiring. Best medicine for a headache by far! About 15 mins after taking it my headache has completely gone away. I also like you use this around the time mother nature pays her visit. It helps with cramping and of course the migraines. I would recommend this to anyone.
