Extra Strength has 3 different ingredients that can help alleviate headaches and that combo really does it's best to get your back in a good place away from the pain. I love this product and will continue to use it.

I love to take Excedrin when ever i feel all kind of cramp whether it stomach , legs , arm , also when my head hurt or backache. This medicine work quick when i need it  in little time , i would rate this a 5 rating  for anyone that suffers from any pain.I would buy again

As a sufferer of migraines, Excedrin changed my life. I've found it to be far more effective than other pain relievers, often lessening the pain in a half hour or so. I often don't have to take more than one dose within a day thanks to the relief it brings!

I cannot leave the house without having a bottle of excedrin in my purse. This is the only pain reliever that works for my headaches. Tylenol only lasts in my system for maybe an hour or so, aleve doesn't even do anything for me, but the excedrin lasts 6 or more hours... trying this for my headaches was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

This is powerful! I don't have headaches very often but when I do, it's no joke so I just prefer to go with something I know for sure it will work and this definitely does. No later than 15 min after o took it and I don't feel a thing anymore! Totally recommend this!

The best for migraines. I keep multiple bottles as backup, and work in a loud warehouse environment so I keep some In a Cabinet for my associates when they have headaches. I find this veryyy effective for menstrual cramps but am careful with the dosage and only take one at a time, every 6 hours. My associates call it “the good stuff” lol!
