This is my go to and always works. Thank goodness for this medication or else I would be stuck with headaches a lot of the time since other brands don’t typically work for my bad bad headaches. I recommend

These work really fast to relieve a headache. They contain caffeine . This means they work really fast. However this also means it will keep you awake. Not ideal to take these at night. Overall they work really good though.
