Growing up this was all my parents used, and it works for everything pain related. I take it once in a while anytime my head hurts really bad and within a half hour my headaches gone.

I specifically like the gel tabs they go down easier, the relief from Excedrin is basically a guaranteed thing, where I'm never sure if another product will do the trick. And its price is usually comparable to store brands
