I have this for those headaches that just won't go away. I don't have migraines, but it works most of the time. Sometimes I wish it was fast acting.

This is usually what I reach for when I feel a headache coming on. The caffeine gives it the extra boost. I don't take this very often, though, as it can upset your stomach.
