This is the only product that can take care of mine and my husbands headache. The price for me is a little on the high end, but it works and is always easy to find.

This is my go-to pain pill for headaches. The caffeine boost is nice and helps get you going again as the pain diminishes. I take a couple pills and I am pain free the rest of the day! For menstrual cramps it doesn't work so great.
