My go-to when I start feeling a headache starting! It usually kicks in fast enough to stop the headache before it really gets started. But if you get migraines makes sure you get the stronger one because this isn't enough to cure my migraines

These are great to use for mid day because they also include caffeine. This product did meet my expectations. Better than alternatives that I've tried. I purchased mine at a grocery store. I am satisfied overall with this product.
