By far the best over the counter pain reliever I have ever used, from headaches to body aches. The caffeine aspect was not noticeably an issue with me even though I am caffeine sensitive.

Use when I have very bad headaches. Thankfully I do not suffer from migraine so I cannot speak to if this helps that, but, when I can say for someone who just suffers from intermittent headaches this product works.
