Not much to say here, I get headaches. Sometimes I wake up in the morning with blinding pain behind my eyes. Two Excedrin Extra Strength & 20 minutes later, I'm up & running like a rat in a rainstorm.

I use this every time i get a headache and it always makes it better in about a half hour other meds barely do a thing and many people i know use this so its def a product i reccommend.

I do not go anywhere without this product. It is the only OTC medication that effectively treats my headaches. The added caffeine seems to be the trick.

This is the only product that helps my headaches. Other products take a long time to kick in but this works quickly and within 30 minutes I'm back to normal!

Works great and fast. I use this product all the time for headaches and body pain. Doesn’t at all make me feel sleepy. The price is good, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this to anyone.
