Only thing that helps when I have a headache anymore. Ibuprofen doesn't seem to cut it. Very effective and the caffeine in the medicine doesn't affect me as I am finally able to get sleep after I take this medicine.

This is my go to aspirin to get rid of occasional headaches. I picked it out because of its name "Extra strength" and I feel as though it lives up to that expectation.
