[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for headaches. It’s a combination of acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine which makes it very effective. Better than having to take multiple pills throughout the day.

Much more effective than ibuprofen for headaches. I use it as soon as I feel an intense headache coming on. However, is less effective if taken after the headache is in full force

I have terrible sinuses and sometimes this is the only thing that'll help my headaches. I don't like to get too late at night though because the caffeine. But anything to get rid of the headaches.
