This is a life saver for me. I keep a bottle at home and a bottle at work. It is worth every penny because it cuts my headaches FAST. It always works better with a full glass of water and a nap.

Works so incredibly fast and always reliable for me. Always lasts a while and I never have to take very much in order for my headaches to go away - very effective. I never use anything else for headaches!

It works! It really works! For those insane behind the eyes headaches, this stuff really helps ease the pain and help them go away. Haven’t had much else like this stuff. Much better than ibuprofen or Advil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for Excedrin Extra Strength. However, after using it, it literally did nothing for me, so it is not something I can personally recommend.

This is my go to at that time of the month! (Sorry TMI?) But really the little bit of caffeine helps take the edge off when you just feel like curling up in a ball!

These work well if you are not constantly taking pain pills. They definitely work, but I think it has more to do with a placebo effect. I would recommend them for MILD back pain or a mild headache, but I wouldn't go as far as "extra strength".

Excedrin is honestly a life saver. I work in front of computers all day, and sometimes that messes with your eyes. Which in turn, causes a headache. Excedrin saves my life.
