I like this product when I have a terrible headache. It acts fast and eleviates the pain!! I havent found another medicine that works as well as this.

I work on a computer all day in florescent lighting and this stuff is a life saver. Most acetaminophen based medicines don't touch my headaches, but this one really knocks it out for me. I keep it on my desk at work.

This is my go-to pain pill for headaches. The caffeine boost is nice and helps get you going again as the pain diminishes. I take a couple pills and I am pain free the rest of the day! For menstrual cramps it doesn't work so great.

Anytime I work out or have cramps this product is the only product that I will buy to ease the pain. I also like the ones especially made for periods. But this once I keep in my purse!
