it's the only thing I can use on my headaches. I always have a few bottles of this so I know I don't run out. I keep one in the car 1 in my purse atleast one in the house. it's so great I tell everyone how well this works.

My head will hurt so bad that when it finally stops it's like it hurts from hurting. My eyes water, I can't bend or look down but these save me everytime

SO glad this product exists! It is the best thing I've tried to knock out a headache. Take some of this and drink some water and your headache should be gone.

Excedrin is hands down the best when it's comes to the headache you can't seem to shake. There's nothing else OTC that's better in my opinion for headaches.

It really helps get rid of headaches fast. I dont really know what else there is to say. They have one for migraines too and that one is actually better. Uhh thanks

The only medicine that helps me my headaches! Works really well takes about 30 mins after taking the pill for my headache to go away. Definitely recommend this one

Excedrin Extra Strength is the main pain reliever in our home. It works so well for headaches - which I frequently get - and it doesn't upset my stomach.

I do not go anywhere without this product. It is the only OTC medication that effectively treats my headaches. The added caffeine seems to be the trick.

I love this product when I feel that a headache is coming I take one of this and it helps wonderfully. It acts fast and my headache never happens ! Very good product!!
