Excellent value with no frills, as they contain 100 tablets to a bottle, so you know they're going to last a while. They provide me relief when I need it most.

The Excedrin Extra Strength Headache combines acetaminophen and aspirin to alleviate headache pain. Aspirin is an NSAID, which I typically stay away from, but it is not as bad as ibuprofen so I'll take on rare occasions that need it. This worked pretty good for my lesser stress headaches. My son who has worse headaches said it was more just okay for him.

I don't know what it is about them, but I've personally never found anything that works this well for a simple headache. I'm thrilled I no longer have to suffer through the generic versions. I had a generic bottle just before I got this, and the smell and taste al but gagged me. It just doesn't pay to skimp on some stuff...get the "good stuff!".

This is a must have if you have severe headaches, but it’s also good for a cold and other body aches. I like that it’s a caplet it’s easy to swallow, and works fast. It has 3 different pain relievers; acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine so it also won’t make you drowsy. It’s a great product because it works! I’d recommend it.

This pain medication is fantastic. It starts working within about 20 mins and you really start to feel better! I've used it for headaches and cramps and it works really well. The only negative is the caffeine. I took them when I had a headache in the middle of the night and I was up for a couple of hours after taking them. Other than that, they are awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Literally what could be better than a free bottle of exedrin. I basically have a headache every day, so I take exedrin quite often. Works way better than Advil or Tylenol and also works faster. Has saved me from many a bad days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great. The label says it’s for extra strength headache but I use them for my menstrual cramps and the relief is fast acting. However if you are planning to nap don’t take due to the caffeine .

I’m generally not a fan of Excedrin for treating migraines. Mine come with aura and even when I take these the moment aura sets in they make little to no difference in the severity of my attack. While they work for lesser headaches, they aren’t great in comparison to other treatments for their advertised headache type.
