I love that it contains acetaminophen along with the aspirin and then it throws in a kick of caffeine to constrict those blood vessels to help the headache go away as soon as possible. Easy to swallow works great. 

My family has used excedrin for bad headaches for as long as I can remember. It's our secret weapon. It works better than most pain killers, lasts longer, and kicks in quickly. It's also great for menstrual pain and headaches. It does contain caffeine, so make sure not to take it at night if you're sensitive to caffeine intake!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to headaches there's really not a lot you can do about it, and I don't get them often enough to care, but I had the pleasure of trying some Excedrin with my last headache and was a bit underwhelmed at the results. Firstly; i want to start by saying i am pretty sensitive to caffeine usually and was cautious to try this but the caffeine content didn't bother me at all! Secondly however; with both myself and my partner trying this on headaches, we both still had a minor headache after the medicine should've done its job. So... I'll stick with my usual routine for headaches next time and give the rest of this to our friend who actually uses it and enjoys the results it gives her.

However I thought about it and decided to take a jump and try it on a weekend. It actually worked very well. Actually better than ibuprofen. So yes I’ll continue to use this instead. Also did not stop me from sleeping.

It slightly takes the edge off but I’m still left with a painful headache. The ingredients just aren’t strong enough for me. It also contains caffeine and I don’t want to take in more caffeine after consuming coffee.

They’re big but coated and doesn’t have a bad smell. So I was able to take it with ease.
