The packaging eas good with the seal, makes me feel it is safe when purchasing and I never paid much attention to the scent but it works for me.

For example, this has worked within 30 min for me after taking for a headache recently but then last week I had a tension headache and it did not relieve my pain at all. Overall I would recommend as long as it isn’t a tension headache.

I have tried store brands and have not had the relief from headache pain like I do when I take Excedrin. I take it at the onset of a headache and it stops the pain from becoming unbearable. It works fast and I can continue my daily routine without any down time. Excedrin is and will always be my "go to" headache relief/medication.

This is the best pain reliever I’ve ever tried using for my headaches. It’s kicks in relatively quick, and unlike others I’ve tried I only have to take two/three for it to start working. The only down fall is I have tried it for menstrual cramps and it only seems to lower the pain instead of eliminating it.

My son said it worked okay, but not as good as just taking regular Tylenol. The packaging is decent, but nothing special in my opinion. I would buy this in a pinch, but probably not if I had the option of just getting regular Tylenol because it is more affordable, especially in generic form.
