[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t taken Excedrin in awhile since when I usually get a headache my neck hurts too - so I take ibuprofen. However when I have just a headache- this works well with the added boost of caffeine. (So I don’t take it at night).

works for some things but never really gets rid of the emulating point of pain for my migraines, just kind of makes the pain slightly more bearable. However i do get bad migraines so this may work for someone with less intense migraines or headaches

Literally! I have the worst headaches ever! Living in Louisiana temperatures raise to 100 degrees easily and I'm always outside doing something either with my yard or kids. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin is an excellent pain reliever for headaches and muscle aches. The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine provides fast relief, often within 20 minutes. It’s reliable and doesn’t cause drowsiness. Good price.

I get daily headaches and Excedrin is the only thing that works on me the days when I need pain management. I prefer the tablets to the capsules personally. It takes about half an hour for the medication to kick in. I've repurchased these many times.
