Helps that it has caffeine as well. But be careful if taking at night and sensitive to caffeine. Easy to swallow tablets and it didn’t bother my stomach but it is best with food.

It does what it claims to do, it takes a bit to settle in and starts working. It can last up to 6-8 hours on me, I mostly take two when my i'm cramping. I am one will work just fine but for adults, two is recommended. You are not supposed to take more than 6 in 24 hours. And please do READ the fine prints before take any pain medication for your own safety.

Smells like aspirin lol. Beware of the caffeine if you are sensitive! It can upset your stomach (it did mine), so just be wary. The caffeine will boost the aspirin to work faster on your pain, but don't trade one for another. THIS IS JUST ME THOUGH

I don’t have any major headaches so I can’t vouch for that but for my what I consider normal headaches this works so well for me. I think it even kicks in faster than the normal Tylenol I take. Packing is a normal pill packaging and affordable. Would recommend!
