Excedrin always helps relieve my headaches that I get. It was caffeine in it too which is great for a boost of energy and also for if the headache is caffeine withdrawal related. It has always been my go to but I take it lightly as it has aspirin in it and I don’t want my blood consistently thinned.

This is the best OTC medicine you can take for a bad headache. In the past few years I've suffered from really bad headaches, one so bad I had to be taken to the ER. Fortunately, one of my friends who is also a nurse recommend I try Excedrin with Caffeine for my headaches. I tried it when I've had a bad headache and it instantly took away the pain I felt. This product is my go to now and I haven't had any bad headaches in a while. Definitely recommend this product for anyone who has frequent headaches.

Excedrin is the only otc medication that has ever been able to put a dent in my awful headaches. The excedrin migraine works about the same as the regular brand even though I was hoping it would perform a little better. All in all though, excedrin in still the only brand ill purchase
