This is the only brand of headache/migraine medicine that I use. I don't get headaches as much as I used to, but when I do I take this right away and feel relief prettt quickly. As most medicines are I would say this is priced a bit more expensive but it is definitely worth it if you get headaches.

Excedrin Migraine is a lifesaver for me when a migraine strikes. The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine works quickly to provide relief, often within 30 minutes to an hour. It doesn't always completely eliminate the pain, but it significantly reduces it to a manageable level, which is a huge improvement over dealing with a full-blown migraine. One thing to note is the caffeine in Excedrin Migraine. It's great for enhancing the medication's effectiveness, but I have to be mindful of when I take it. If I use it late in the day, the caffeine can interfere with my sleep. For that reason, I try to reserve it for mornings or early afternoons whenever possible. Overall, I highly recommend Excedrin Migraine for fast and reliable relief. Just be sure to follow the dosing instructions and consider the timing if you're sensitive to caffeine.

I get migraines fairly consistently (about once or twice a month) and am sure to ALWAYS have this product on-hand! This is the only product that helps during a migraine and allows me to get through the day. I would highly recommend for anyone with typical (not severe) migraines!

I sometimes get horrible headaches and this combined with a nap is the perfect combination. the price is just right to where it won't break the bank but it's not too cheap. it's one of the only things that can really get rid of my headaches so im a big fan

LIFESAVER! If you've ever had a migraine but are not on prescription migraine medicine, this product is for you. Seriously, whenever I have a migraine (now that i'm no longer taking a prescription) I use Excedrin. It's the only thing that works for me. 

Excedrine Migraine is my go-to drug when I feel a severe headache on the horizon. I prefer EM to many prescription drugs that have unwanted side effects. I carry a small bottle at all times. A librarian introduced me to EM while a migraine hit me during a large academic meet I coordinated. EM saved the day!

I have been getting migraines really bad since I was about 14. Nothing helps once I start getting a migraine. When I was about 20 a friend gave me this and OMG it is a game changer. This is ALL that helps when I have a migraine. I highly recommend trying.

I have chronic migraines so these only help if I take them at onset otherwise it does absolutely nothing for me. Unless you only get migraines occasionally and they aren't super intense I wouldn't recommend this product I would instead talk to your neurologist.

I use excedrin any time  I get a headaches . most of the time thy're stress headaches that are killer.  They literally kick in withing 30 minutes are less and I can't be more thankful. Great, quick product and I certainly recommend to anyone. My BFF also uses  Excedrin and she has migraines 

This is a great product to use if you suffer from migraines. It works relatively fast and almost completely takes away your migraine. I use this stuff whenever I have a headache that I am afraid will turn into a migraine. It works so much better than using just regular Tylenol does
