SUCH A LIFESAVER!  Typically I try to take a dose within 30 minutes of feeling a migraine happening, but sometimes I am not able to.  So even waiting a bit longer this stuff is still effective.  I can go from wanting to chop my head off from pain to feeling perfect less than an hour after I take a dose.

This is the only over the counter medication that will help in any way, shape or form when I'm having a migraine. They're fast working & last long enough to feel some relief. Other than my prescribed migraine meds I would recommend only these in the case of a major migraine anything else would be a waste.

I typically get a migraine about once a month but regular headache medicine never helped so I gave up taking stuff. I finally bought this to try, first time I felt the headache coming on, took this and it actually went away! First time something worked and I avoided the worst of the migraine!

It's hard to find medicine that truly helps a migraine without a prescription however this one comes closest. It definitely helps some with my migraines however isn't able to fully make them go away. Maybe those with migraines that aren't horrible have better luck.

Excedrin coupled with ibuprofen is my go to pain relief. If the combination can't help, probably nothing will. The price is on par with other otc pain relievers, but the Excedrin brand performs much much better than any generic. I definitely recommend

This is my go to headache medicine. I have migraines. I take this and about 15 minutes later it starts to feel better. I can't say it will work for everyone but it's worth a shot. It has worked for me more often than not. Be aware it has caffeine in it which might upset the stomach depends on the person.

Worth using when you're out of rescue (acute) medication. Doesn't make my migraines go away, but it is worth trying. Do not use a lot, as the aspirin and Tylenol can cause liver damage after prolonged use. Don't care for the safety caps... but they serve a purpose. Pricing is similar to headache powders, etc.

These pills truly changed my life. I've gotten terrible migraines for as long as i can remember, and my friend recommended these to me last year, and they have seriously been a game changer! They're constantly coming in clutch and providing relief when I have unbearable migraines. 

This product was a life saver for me. Migrain headaches run in my family and i thought I was home free I didn't have any but when I turned 50 years old boy did I have a surprise. I had my first migraine headache which sent to to the emergency room and was given some medicine and sent home and I thought that was it, but I started having headaches a few times a month got tired of going to the emergency room so I tried this excedrin at the start of the pain and it worked I was so glad I found something that I would not have to go to the emergency room it really works.

This is my holy grail for migraines especially since i get them all the time! I experience headaches on a monthly basis and i've found that excedrin is the only over the counter drug that works for me. I would definitely recommend to any one suffering from migraines.
