It reduces the migraine pain right away. It comes with 24caplets which is very convienes. It fits in my purse perfectly. Also make sure you eat something before taking it.

This is literally the only medicine that gets rid of my migraines. It takes a good 15 minutes to completely go away. Any other medicine I try it eases the pain but doesn't completely get rid of it. This is always in my cabinet or purse! Must have for migraines!

I have suffered from severe migranes my entire life! It is honestly such a struggle. I can't function in loud settings or rooms with lights on. Excedrin changed that for me! A combination of aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine is the ONLY thing that has ever effectively helped with my migraines and sinus headaches. Sometimes I have to take pseudoephedrine and this product together to make the pain from sinus headaches go away because it doesn't drain your sinuses, it's just a pain reliever. Ibuprofen does NOT work for my headaches at all. Evem stronger prescription pain medicine will not help my headaches. But this stuff does. I think it's the combination of 3 different meds that is the magic key.
