LIFESAVER! If you've ever had a migraine but are not on prescription migraine medicine, this product is for you. Seriously, whenever I have a migraine (now that i'm no longer taking a prescription) I use Excedrin. It's the only thing that works for me. 

Before I started taking topamax for chronic migraines, this was the only medication that would help when I was in bad shape and needed a dark room to stop me from getting to the point I was going to start vomiting. It’s fast acting, thanks to the caffeine in it, and the mix of both acetaminophen and ibuprofen help calm the migraine pain.

As a person that gets migraines once every other month or so. I can honestly say Excedrin migraine is the only thing that will knock my migraine out fast. And it will knock it out and keep it going for many many hours. So I definitely recommend this for anyone who suffers migraine headaches

I wasn't impressed with these, didn't really help any more than taking an ibuprofen or acetaminophen. I think it had an ingredient that I didn't really like in there. If I remember right, it had caffeine, which I didn't like because I wanted to get rid of my headache so I could fall asleep. Couldn't sleep after the caffeine and my headache was still there.

I suffer from debilitating migraines. Days that I don't think they may not be too bad I take two of these at onset and it is gone with thirty minutes tops. I used to have to take bottles and bottles of Advil and Tylenol that didn't ever really help my migraines, and was horrible on my stomach.
