[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! These tiny pills pack a mighty punch! They started working after about 30 minutes and knocked my headache out! The caffeine in them helped to really make me feel better. For the price, these are definitely worth it.

It starts to work with 20 minutes I can feel my migraine easing off. Then within 35-40 it takes it completely away. I will most definitely be buying this again.

I suffer from migraines since I was 15, (30) and they usually drained me and incapacitated me for a day or two. With this ( I usually can spot them before they get to big) I take it as soon as I feel my normal symptoms and it’s being amazing since it won’t let it progress

I suffer from really really bad migraines... totally different from a headache big-time! I have tried almost everything! Excedrin has helped with SOME of my migraines but not all...it's a hit or miss with this one. It sometimes makes a dent on eliminating some of the pain, making the pain bearable, but other times, it's like I took nothing at all. I think I need something stronger. All in all, if you have "regular" migraine, this may help for you! Give it a try, it's better than nothing.

It works fantastic, it's packaged well, the ingredients are effective, the price is worth it, and they have no scent or flavor. I even use their brand for period cramps!

It was fast acting and relieved his pain. It does have caffeine in it, (which most migraine medicines do) so don’t take this if you are sensitive to that.

Miracle worker!!!! Just recently started getting serious headaches and these work wonders that help me work through my busy schedule and get over a headache fast. I work non-stop so I do NOT have time for any kind of pain. Especially mind boggling headaches that effect my work!
