[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I started wearing glasses I’d get really bad migraines due to my eye sight being bad and sunlight, as much as I loved Advil it didn’t help ease the pain, excedrin was the only one that worked for my migraines and now that I have glasses I still take it from time to time but it definitely helped before I got them

This works great when I feel one coming on i take this and a big glass of water. Kicks it before it has a chance to set in. I will buy again.

I was a little surprised to receive the Advil dual action, but they worked well. Also, the arthritis cream did an amazing job for my grandmother. A someone that has chronic migraines, this formula is the only OTC migraine medication that works on me. (As those of us with chronic migraine know, insurance companies do not give us the quantity of meds needed and fail to really help offset the price of alternative treatments.) I’ve tried all the others OTC migraine meds, store brand and name brand, and there is just something about the Excedrin Migraine formulation. As always, please do not overuse, it can be very dangerous to overuse these types of medications for long periods of times (bleeding ulcers aren’t fun). BUT, this medicine has been like a gift from the divine.

I have chronic migraines so these only help if I take them at onset otherwise it does absolutely nothing for me. Unless you only get migraines occasionally and they aren't super intense I wouldn't recommend this product I would instead talk to your neurologist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I woke up with a migraine and I honestly didn’t take it until the evening because I was so busy doing other things around our house that I’d forget to take medication for my head. After about an hour or so my head felt ten times better and I could focus a lot more.

These are a lifesaver!! I’ve suffered from migraines since high school. The only cure use to be to lay in bed with the lights off, drink water and pray it went away. Now I take one of these and within minutes I feel 10x better. They do have caffeine, so if you get a migraine at night, be cautious that they might keep you awake.

This is well worth the price for me and is affordable. I can take these and they will last me a good part of my day.
