This product is fantastic and I highly recommend to anyone that suffers with the occasional migraines. I get migraines from time to time and Its always been hard to find a pain reliever that truly did the job and fixed the problem until I tried this and now I can get through the awful migraine and enjoy my day.

The product works, however I have more serious, and far more frequent, migraines. The use of these just caused rebound migraines for me. My doctor actually ordered me to stop taking them. I definitely recommend talking to a doctor before taking these if you have more than just the occasional migraine.

For someone with chronic migraines, this product is an actual life saver. Aspirin, found in the normal excedrin, isn’t great to take as regularly when you’re having chronic migraines or headaches, but this product doesn’t include it which makes it perfect!

The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine seems to work wonders in relieving my migraine symptoms. It typically provides fast relief within 30 minutes, allowing me to get back to my day. The only downside is that I have to be cautious about taking it too frequently due to the caffeine content. Nonetheless, it's my go-to choice for tackling migraines when they strike.

These aren’t small pills yet the gel coating helps them go down easier. I don’t find them effective at treating migraine headaches. They handle average headaches alright, but even when I take these just as an aura starts it usually doesn’t do much of anything for me. They’re less effective than naproxen sodium pills or ibuprofen in my experience, but as they’re advertised for migraine I would expect differently.
