[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I don’t drink pop I get the worst migraines you can imagine , but a couple pills of Excedrinn does the job for me. I always love resting my head and waiting for the medicine to kick in. It’s amazing!

A combination of aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine is the ONLY thing that has ever effectively helped with my migraines and sinus headaches. Sometimes I have to take pseudoephedrine and this product together to make the pain from sinus headaches go away because it doesn't drain your sinuses, it's just a pain reliever. Ibuprofen does NOT work for my headaches at all. Evem stronger prescription pain medicine will not help my headaches. But this stuff does. I think it's the combination of 3 different meds that is the magic key.

I have suffered from migraines for many years. I am currently on a prescription for my migraines, however, I have tried Excedrin Migraine Relief numerous times in the past and found temporary relief. It was fast acting, but for me it didn’t last long before a rebound migraine would pop up. I personally prefer Excedrin’s Extra Strength formula for an over the counter migraine relief. I would still recommend Excedrin Migraine Relief Caplets, as it has been an amazing relief option for so many.
