[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had severe migraines since I was 12 I’ve been to tons of Drs and been on so many different meds trying to find the right one but didn’t like how I would feel from them so I stopped , I took two capsules of migraine exedrin when I started to get a migraine and boom it took it right away I’ve always loved this stuff it has always been my go to!

Excedrin Migraine has always been my go to in over the counter products. I can't say the pain relief is instant but it definitely helps in my opinion better than competing brands.

These are my go-to for migraines when my Rx is out. It works but if you have true migraine it requires multiple doses. Mine usually last for days if I can’t get my Rx. With this, I’m able to minimize the pain but not fully rid a migraine. It helps me be functional. For that reason it’s always in my cabinet.

I suffer from chronic migraines and have even been taken to the ER for a migraine so bad I wasn’t even able to talk. Excedrin has helped me through so many migraines and works very fast. There have been no other products that I have used that work like Excedrin does, not even prescription medication

This medicine is my lifesaver I get extremely bad migraines due to storms and extreme stress and lack of sleep I keep these meds in my purse on my nightstand and in my kitchen so that I always have them if I need them they have saved me many days from I've been stuck at work and not been able to rest

Worth using when you're out of rescue (acute) medication. Doesn't make my migraines go away, but it is worth trying. Do not use a lot, as the aspirin and Tylenol can cause liver damage after prolonged use. Don't care for the safety caps... but they serve a purpose. Pricing is similar to headache powders, etc.
