[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As long as I take Excedrin at the first sign of my migraine, it works so well and quickly. As for over the counter medicines, it works great. Love the combination of ingredients that really make it effective. They are easy to swallow, no issues with taste or upset stomach. Well worth the money since it works so well. I carry a small bottle around in my purse just in case. It can be so helpful!

I keep these little gems stocked at all times. I went through premature menopause at the ripe age of 38. Ever since I have been on a very aggressive hormone replacement therapy. As a result, I can suffer from debilitating migraines if my hormones are out of balance. This is the only thing I can take and go to work (if the migraine isn't too severe.) It contains aspirin so I try to limit my intake to as little as possible. But I am thankful for it when it's needed.

I do have prescription migraine medication that works better, but for an over the counter product this is good in a pinch.

It didn’t exactly help my migraines. It’s definitely stronger than the typical headache medicine, but as far as knocking out a migraine... I can’t say that this medicine did that. I would probably recommend this for a bad head ache but not for migraines.

I usually take 2 of these when I start to feel a migraine coming on to help prevent a full blown attack. The work super quick and keep me from getting sick. They are small eough to swallow both pills at same time (for those who struggle with swallowing multiple pills) and since this was a.sample size.bottle i get.to refill.and.keep.some in my bag which is great.
