Excedrin Migraine has the same ingredients as regular Excedrin but at a higher cost. Excedrin PM has replaced the caffeine with Benadryl. Go generic much less cost same results. Read labels because the drug companies will not be truthful and charge more whenever then can.

no other medicine comes close to being better than excedrine migraine.  about once a month i get really bad headaches and it makes it very hard for me to push through work.  i take excedrine migraine and about 20 minutes later i can feel the pain subsiding.  advil and Tylenol do not compare for headaches.

These aren’t small pills yet the gel coating helps them go down easier. I don’t find them effective at treating migraine headaches. They handle average headaches alright, but even when I take these just as an aura starts it usually doesn’t do much of anything for me. They’re less effective than naproxen sodium pills or ibuprofen in my experience, but as they’re advertised for migraine I would expect differently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Migraine is the only otc pain reliever that will help when I feel a migraine coming. If I take Excedrin Migraine as soon as I feel the telltale signs, like a clamp closing on the right eye and temple, it will completely stave off the headache. If I take it once I'm in full blown migraine pain, it definitely helps making it more manageable. I'm never without this in my medicine cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had severe migraines since I was 12 I’ve been to tons of Drs and been on so many different meds trying to find the right one but didn’t like how I would feel from them so I stopped , I took two capsules of migraine exedrin when I started to get a migraine and boom it took it right away I’ve always loved this stuff it has always been my go to!

Whenever I feel a headache coming on, I always drink caffeine to feel relief, and then require medication on top of that! This is a combination in a pill form, so you don’t have to find multiple avenues to feel better. Recommend for anyone who suffers from migraines

I decided to give this stuff a try and boy was I shocked. Within 20 minutes of taking it there was no sign of my migraine and honestly I am still so shocked about it. It usually takes hours if not days for the pain to go away.
