With the combination of acetaminophen and caffeine, it always works so quickly to relieve my super painful migraines, usually within a half hour or less. Super reliable product that ALWAYS works!

I do have to take these with food because if I take them on an empty stomach, I will get sick. But other than that, great pain relief!!
