This hasn't taken my pain away but it's decreased it and given me some range of motion back. I'm using on my shoulder, which isn't one of the recommended areas, but I use the Lower Body dose and it's good. You must stick to the 4 times a day for good results. My ortho recommended it while I procrastinate shoulder replacement!

This pain gel can be applied to the hand, wrist, elbow, foot, ankle, and knee. Also it can be used up to four times a day, for arthritis pain only.
