[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this on my knees and it works wonders! It subsides my pain and you only have to use a little bit up to 4 times a day. It is a little on the spendy side however it’s worth it! The more you use it consistently, the better the results.

This hasn't taken my pain away but it's decreased it and given me some range of motion back. I'm using on my shoulder, which isn't one of the recommended areas, but I use the Lower Body dose and it's good. You must stick to the 4 times a day for good results. My ortho recommended it while I procrastinate shoulder replacement!

It did take a few days of applying before I started noticing a difference. But overall, this is a good brand to select to help with the persistent pain of dealing with Arthritis.

I noticed it has helped with the pain so I can function and I’m glad about that. Definitely would recommend it
