The cap was super easy to open! The ointment is light and creamy, soaks in and isn't greasy at all. The scent is mild and smells good, not like your Grandpa's arthritis lotion 😂 I used this on my hands for a few weeks and it did relieve the joint pain in my hands and fingers.

Because that’s where a majority of my pain is. The safety cap was another weird feature I was unsure how to use until I pulled out the instruction manual. I wish I could use this whee I have real pain. But I tried it on my wrist where I’d had surgery years ago and it did seem to help with kits a small amount.

The guide was helpful since I ended up needing to use more than I expected. I applied the gel to my knees, where my arthritis pain is the worst. There is no menthol or heating aspect to it, which is really nice. I feel like longer use than a sample size would really make a difference. I will most likely purchase for further use. It comes out as a milky colored gel, smells slightly antiseptic but not offensive. Rubs in nicely, and once it dries I don’t notice it’s there. Works pretty quick, I would recommend to anyone wanting a quick little bit of relief.

It comes in a squeeze tube and also comes with a doseing card to make sure that you are using the correct amount depending on what part of the body you're using it on. The product itself has a medical smell to it it's not bad but I wouldn't say it's great either. It is easy to apply and work in and doesn't take too long to dry after application. Keep in mind that I'm like all the other things that use menthol or a hot and cold sensation, this is prescription strength NSAID so be sure to follow instructions and only use as advised. This is a good product to have for days when you're having a little bit more pain than usual and need that little boost to get moving with your day.

It's also important to note that when you're using this item you can't use it on more than two areas at a time and that there's only specific areas that you're able to use this gel on.
